We are proud of our collection that has been meticulously built into matching Rhubarb’s food and service with our shared dedication to excellence. We aim to provide the highest level of service without the pretence. We want to have fun and we want to make it personally tailored to you and your time with us.

Our cocktails follow a slightly different ethic, celebrating Yorkshire’s spirit of invention with mixology that reinvents the classics.

Rhubarb guests will discover an extensive drinks menu featuring Estrella, Rosa Blanca and Guinness on draught as well as huge range of Gins, Whiskies, Cognacs and pretty much everything else in between.

 

Rhubarb Martini

Embark on a journey of exquisite flavour with our signature Rhubarb Martini, our very own twist on a Pornstar Martini.

Ingredients:

Drappier Premier Cru Champagne, Vanilla Vodka, Rhubarb Liqueur, Lime, Apple Juice, Passoa and Rhubarb Caviar
