Our wine list brings together everything we love about wine, from fine and rare older vintages to new discoveries we’re excited to share. We’re proud to have been awarded an AA Notable Wine List Award—a wonderful acknowledgement of the care, knowledge and enthusiasm that go into choosing every bottle.

Our sommelier, Beth, brings that enthusiasm to the table. Knowledgeable, warm and approachable, she loves helping guests discover something they might never have chosen themselves. Tell her about a wine you’ve enjoyed, ask about an unfamiliar grape or leave the choice in her hands. Exploring the list should feel like an enjoyable part of your meal, and there’s always time for a question.

The wine flight is a particular pleasure to put together. Beth and Head Chef Varun Khanna taste a selection of wines alongside each course of the tasting menu, considering how the flavours work together before settling on a pairing. Beth introduces each wine as it’s served, sharing what makes it interesting and why we’ve chosen it for the dish.

We also believe that an exceptional wine list should offer exceptional value. We source carefully, looking for excellent vintages at fair prices and opportunities to make sought-after wines more accessible. These include second wines from leading estates, such as Lacoste Borie, which offer a rewarding introduction to their producers.
