Awarded two AA Rosettes, Rhubarb brings together thoughtful cooking, warm hospitality and the pleasure of a really good meal. Head Chef Varun Khanna’s modern British menus draw on classical techniques, with much-loved dishes sitting alongside reimagined favourites. Some take an unexpected turn through Asian spices and flavours, reflecting his Indian heritage.

From our homemade breads to the finishing touches on a dessert, every detail matters. Seasonal, locally sourced ingredients guide the menus, and flavour is always at the heart of the cooking. Expect beautifully presented dishes that are as satisfying to eat as they are pleasing to look at.

The Tasting Room is our new private dining room for 8–10 guests. A large, bespoke dining table takes centre stage, bringing everyone together in an intimate, elegantly furnished space. Exclusively yours, it combines Rhubarb’s understated style with a personal approach to celebrating.

Dining here is built around our tasting menu, which we can tailor to your dietary requirements, preferences and favourite dishes. We can also source your favourite cheeses for our signature Tasting Room Cheeseboard. Whether you’re marking a birthday, an anniversary or gathering with friends, we’ll work with you to make the meal your own.

Alongside our recommended wine flight, we can create custom flights to suit your tastes—including a Champagne-only flight for the ultimate indulgence. From the menu to the wines, our team will help you plan a celebration around the things you enjoy, with warm, attentive service throughout.
